Let me tell you the story of getting a free dessert...

Many of you might be wondering the lack of posting recently and I can rest assured you that my financial journey is proceeding, I am currently working on a major project where I will be turning an idea into an online business. Good news to my readers out there is that I will be posting updates on my blog so that you can follow me and also get to start your own online business as well, cheers!

To keep you engaged and enthusiastic on your journey to financial freedom in the meantime, I decide to tell you an interesting and informative story about getting a free dessert...Sounds interesting? Read on.

Before I start, i would like to give credits to Mr Roy Phay for his great article on his website 'Step by step to making money online' (Go check it out!) that motivated me to share it here.

Based on the article, I will be showing you the essence of what I gained and also would like you to try out the concepts & tactics mentioned after reading so as to share with other people and to provide valuable feedback.

Let's get started!

Suppose you are walking into a restaurant with a few of your friends to enjoy a good meal as well as hoping to get free desserts, so what is the most important perceptive you need to have? WIN-WIN situation where both parties will benefit and be happy. Ok with this mind, what are the 3 essential steps for you to get that free dessert?

1. Ask!!!!

You would say that that's easy but how many people actually ask for free dessert to come with a meal. When you ask, you not only ask in a friendly or pleasing manner but you need to state a strong purpose or why you would want that free dessert. People usually will help or accept request from someone who is friendly, kind & good-hearted.

2. Let the person in front of you approach first

This is to know the bottomline of the person serving you at what price or condition will he/she be willing to give you a free dessert. Your job of negotiation here will be easier with a scapegoat here and will have a higher chance of getting your request.

3. Know your objective

Knowing your objective here actually means what you want to achieve, which is getting a free dessert for this case and that if you cannot get a free dessert, you should try to at least get it @ discounted rate. Start at a rate lower than your expected price and then negotiate up to a reasonable price for you.

With the above 3 tactics in mind, I hope you can really put them to good use to see the positive results. Remember that your objective is to get a free dessert here. I wish you all the best and I hope to hear your success stories and feedback.
